GTHR is available to adults and minors.
If you are under 16, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App. Parents or guardians are responsible for the minor's use of the App.

When you create an account or use the App, we may collect:

• Password (encrypted)
• Gender
• Date of birth
• City where you mainly exercise
• Sports you practice
• Skill level in each sport
• Duration of experience in sports
• Training days and frequency
• Whether you already train in a group
• How you found your group
• Personal goals within the app

3.2 Usage and Technical Data

• Approximate location data (optional, only used while actively using the App)
• App behavior and interactions
• Device type, operating system, App version
• IP address
• Crash reports and diagnostics

3.3 Communication Data

• Messages sent via the in-app chat
• Photos shared in chat or uploaded from your gallery

Chats are stored on our servers and may be moderated in case of reports or abuse.

4. Location Data

Location data is optional. If enabled, it is used to:
Suggest nearby groups and events
Facilitate connection with other users
Your location is not automatically shared with other users unless you explicitly choose to share it.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To create and manage user accounts
• To enable group creation and matching
• To facilitate communication between users
• To improve the App's functionality and user experience
• To perform analytics, research, and statistical analysis related to sports and social cohesion
• To display non-personalized advertisements

• Performance of a contract
• Your consent (for optional features such as location)
• Legitimate interests such as improving the App and ensuring safety

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers, including:

• Supabase (backend and database hosting)
• Shorebird (app updates and performance)
• OneSignal (push notifications)
• RevenueCat (subscription infrastructure, not currently active)
• GitHub (development and version control)

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data Retention

• Account data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion
• Chat messages and uploaded content are deleted within 30 days after account deletion
• Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting

9. Security Measures

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of stored and transmitted data
• Restricted access controls
• Secure authentication mechanisms

In the event of a data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 12 hours, where required.
